About Us

B3 Construction was founded in May of 2006 to provide a safe, clean, organized, stress free, high quality construction process for our customers. We operate out of Lexington, near the center of the South Carolina midlands. For many years we mainly focused on project management for a handful of local development companies, building 50+ Dollar General retail stores along the east coast from South Carolina to Connecticut.

In 2012 we expanded to commercial and residential remodels, repairs, and build to suit new construction in our local area of the South Carolina midlands. We are happy to now provide quality construction services to our neighbors, friends, and families that are closer to our home base.

B3 Construction is licensed through the South Carolina Contractor’s Licensing Board as a BD4 Commercial General Contractor which allows us to build any commercial or residential project up to $750,000. Contact us today to see if we can help with your project, big or small!
